Yes, we desperately need a new socioeconomic system. But do the American people really understand WHY this system is so destructive and totally unsustainable? Here’s ten examples in ten minutes.

Market Capitalism needs scarcity to function, thus many of our resources are kept ARTIFICIALLY scarce, including money. This is how the bankers enslave us, by making sure there’s not enough, forcing us to fight each other for survival. This is one of the deepest roots of our problems, if not the deepest, and you must be able to quickly explain how their Ponzi scheme operates.

Here is a detailed description of how the root causes of our problems “bubble up” to the surface with a host of negative outcomes, symptoms that are directly connected to the deepest roots.

Let’s picture what a new, efficient, sustainable economic system might look like. Do we need to send our representatives to Washington anymore? Wouldn’t it make more sense to move it online? And what other changes could be made to update our system to the digital age?

Here’s a brief summary of a Resource Based Economy and the Venus Project, and a tribute to Jacque Fresco on his 100th birthday. He advocates a common sense approach to managing our society and our resources, applying the scientific method to the problems in our social and economic systems.

The internet has brought us together in a way never before possible, enabled us to know our brothers and sisters around the world, and understand that no one wants to invade another country or have theirs invaded. We refuse to fight any more wars for corporate profits. These must end now.

The days of needing a supreme ruler to represent the people are coming to an end. Decisions can be made at a community level now. The “top-down” hierarchy model must be flipped on its head.

Our most valuable resource for a healthy and sustainable future is Industrial Hemp. We can make thousands of products from this one plant and become self-sufficient on the local level
